“一带一路”倡议提出以来，始终致力于推动沿线国家在经贸、基建与文化等多领域的互联互通与共同发展。跨越大陆与海洋，连接多元文明，这一倡议不仅是经济合作的桥梁，更是文化对话与人文共融的平台。
SincethelaunchoftheBeltandRoadInitiative,ithasremainedcommittedtoadvancingconnectivityandcommondevelopmentamongcountriesalongtheroutesinvariousfieldsincludingeconomyandtrade,infrastructureconstructionandculture.Spanningcontinentsandoceansandconnectingdiversecivilizations,theInitiativeservesnotonlyasabridgeforeconomiccooperation,butalsoasaplatformforculturaldialogueandpeople-to-peopleintegration.
非物质文化遗产作为各国历史记忆与生活智慧的结晶，承载着深厚的文化身份与情感认同。2026年适逢“一带一路”倡议持续推进与文化合作深化的关键阶段，本届展览以“丝路共生·非遗焕新”为主题，聚焦“一带一路”沿线国家的城市非物质文化遗产与传统工艺美术资源，鼓励通过一带一路沿线国家城市文化艺术与设计符号和设计语言进进行创新诠释与跨界表达。展览旨在搭建一个贯穿视觉艺术、设计创新与文化传承的国际交流平台，在“一带一路”倡议的背景下，展示中国文化和价值观的重要途径，通过活动进行中国文化出海实践，通过非物质文化遗产，探索中国文化艺术与世界文化的沟通与链接，展现丝路文化中的东方艺术魅力。深化沿线国家之间的设计融合、学术交流与文化理解。

论文内容需与本届征集主题A、B、C类相关。来稿需提交Word及PDF两种格式；标题宋体三号加粗，副标题仿宋四号；作者+单位，宋体四号；摘要500字左右，宋体五号；关键词不超过5个；正文宋体小四号，行间距1.5；注释一律采用脚注；字数:不少于6000字；提交论文时需同时提交查重报告及AIGC检测报告。

  7.评审方式
1.评审团由国内外专家组成，评委名单评审前公布。
1.Thejudgingpaneliscomposedofdomesticandforeignexperts,andthelistofjudgeswillbeannouncedbeforethereview.
   2.评审结果在相关媒体公布，未入选者不另行通知。
2.Thereviewresultswillbeannouncedonrelevantmedia.Thosewhoarenotselectedwillnotbenotifiedseparately.

  8.入选与获奖
  初评:
PreliminaryEvaluation:
1.评选入选作品300幅/套。
1.Select200selectedworks/sets.
2.评选优秀作品180幅/套。
2.Select180outstandingworks/sets.
    终评:
FinalEvaluation:
根据初评作品，进行终评评审
评出专业组、教师组、学生组每组一等奖6名，二等奖10名，三等奖15名，优秀奖30名，入围奖50名。本活动设特邀组别奖。
（中国首展开幕式后进行颁奖，一、二、三等奖颁发奖牌，所有入选及获奖作者颁发电子证书）
Basedontheinitialreviewworks,thefinalreviewwillbeconducted
Select6firstprizes,10secondprizes,15thirdprizes,30excellentprizes,and50shortlistedprizesforeachoftheprofessionalgroup,teachergroup,andstudentgroup.Thiseventhasaspecialinvitedgroupaward.

9.作品展示
1.线上展览：在专业媒体平台展示优秀作品。
1.Onlineexhibition:Showcaseoutstandingworksonprofessionalmediaplatforms.
2.线下开幕及首展：在中国哈尔滨和马来西亚吉隆坡城市分别举办，展览时间和地点根据各国安排确定。
2.Offlineopeningandfirstexhibition:ItwillbeheldrespectivelyinHarbin,ChinaandKualaLumpur,Malaysia.Theexhibitiontimeandlocationwillbedeterminedaccordingtothearrangementsofeachcountry.
   3.国际巡展：在中国、马来西亚、泰国等地进行活动巡展。
3.InternationalTouringExhibitions:ConducttouringexhibitionsinChina,Malaysia,Thailandandsoon.
   4.作品及论文出版：推荐优秀海报作品及论文到相关期刊，出版国际书号作品集。
4.WorksandPapersPublication:Recommendedoutstandingposterworksandacademicpaperstorelevantjournals,andpublishedacollectionwithaninternationalbooknumber.

  10.展览声明
1.本次展览不收取任何费用。
1.Thisexhibitionisfreeofcharge.
2.参展作品使用权归组委会，使用时署名作者。
2.Therighttousetheexhibitedworksbelongstotheorganizingcommittee,andtheauthorshouldbecreditedwhenusingthem.
   3.作品须原创，否则取消参展资格，参展者承担后果。
3.Theworkmustbeoriginal;otherwise,theexhibitor'squalificationwillbecancelledandtheexhibitorwillbeartheconsequences.
   4.规则解释权归主办单位。
4.Therighttointerprettherulesbelongstotheorganizingunit.
5.作品应不涉及意识形态问题，如涉及，由参展者承担后果。
