For entrepreneurial teams, the prize money will be disbursed in phases after the project is registered and implemented (the initial prize payment will be made immediately upon registration and implementation, while the additional matching funds will be paid once the employment targets are met). For creative teams, the prize money will be paid immediately after the award is granted.
If a project is recognized as a landmark youth innovation project in Anji County within one year of its implementation, the entrepreneurial team may receive an additional reward of 50,000 RMB.
(1) Entrepreneurship track projects: They can enjoy the "Anji County Policies for Supporting Youth to Develop, Employment and Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas". Those who come to Anji to start a business can enjoy policies such as venue rent subsidies, employment promotion subsidies for entrepreneurship, and guaranteed loan subsidies for entrepreneurship. You can apply for a youth rural entrepreneurship loan that is guaranteed and interest-free, with a maximum of 1 million yuan. Establish a high-quality project reward fund pool for the "Three Creations Competition". If a project is recognized as a landmark youth innovation project in Anji County within one year of its implementation, an additional 50,000 yuan in funds will be given to the entrepreneurial team.
(1) College student policies: Those who meet the conditions of employment and entrepreneurship policies can enjoy a job subsidy ranging from 900 to 4,200 yuan per month, an entrepreneurship subsidy of 2,500 yuan per month, and an employment subsidy of 300 yuan per month. The competition features two tracks: the Entrepreneurship Track and the Creative Track. It adopts a three-tiered competition system consisting of preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds. The judging process is jointly organized and implemented by the competition committee and the main organizing units, with a selection of outstanding projects to be recognized and rewarded.
Taking Anji County as the competition area, the competition questions are divided into two sections. The "Two Mountains" Future Science and Technology City focuses on popular fields such as cross-border e-commerce, short video production, animation design, and live-streaming sales. The Youth Entering the Countryside 100-person Village centers on aspects such as the revitalization of rural idle assets, space transformation and operation, and the cultivation and operation of agricultural, cultural, and tourism industries. Through the two platform sections, questions are set and answered by representatives of young entrepreneurs. Introduce a batch of youth innovation projects that gather college students to empower the construction of the City with ten thousand people, and attract a number of competitive business projects to empower the construction of the Village with a hundred people.

2.参赛团队入围复赛后，中途不得无故退赛。

Teams are encouraged to share competition-related information on platforms such as TikTok and Red Note. The effectiveness of their promotional efforts will be incorporated into the competition scoring system, with additional points awarded for high reposts and outstanding promotional results.
The participating teams should pay attention to safety matters as they are involved in village research and construction guidance. During the village stay period, strictly follow the safety regulations. Each team must be led by a team leader with all members stationed in the village. The relevant person in charge of each competition site village shall designate the person in charge of the entire process for each team. Participating students are required to purchase research safety insurance.
All submitted works must be original designs. Any intellectual property disputes arising from the works shall be the sole responsibility of the participants. In cases of plagiarism, copying, or other violations, verified instances will result in downgrading or disqualification from the competition, and participants must return all research subsidies and prize money already disbursed.
Participants shall have no objections to the above commitments. Participants retain only the right of attribution for their submitted works, while other property rights under copyright and any intellectual property arising from the works or design outcomes belong to the organizing units. All submitted works will not be returned.
